Free UK Delivery on all watch orders
We offer free UK courier delivery on all of our new and preowned watches and all other UK orders over £50.
For UK orders under £50 a £7.95 delivery charge will apply.
A £50 delivery charge applies to all overseas deliveries of our watches.
We aim to dispatch orders the same or next working day, and they will be sent to the address requested at the time of order. It is not possible to change this address once the order has been accepted. Please allow additional time for dispatch as busier times of year, such as Christmas.
Returns
We try our utmost to show our watches as best we can, and are honest in our listings, but sometimes due to reasons out of our control, you may find that it is not quite perfect for you once it arrives. If this is the case, we are happy to accept returns, providing the watch is returned in the original packaging and in the condition that you received it. Please email sales@turnerandlast.co.uk for a returns form prior to returning your item. Returns must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Due to the valuable nature of our watches and accessories, for your own protection you are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage, tracking or shipping proof from your chosen courier. Goods that are damaged or lost in shipping remain your responsibility. We will not accept or sign for goods that have been damaged during shipment. Return postage must be paid for by yourself, unless the item is faulty upon arrival. In this case we will provide a full refund of return shipping.
In all other case faulty goods will be covered by the relevant warranty provided at the time of purchase.
